Having a roof top tent is a responsibility, and it means you have to take care of it.
Besides washing and drying it, you don’t want anyone to steal it.

The Thule Tepui Security Nut provides a nut which is significantly more difficult to remove without its matching Spanner Driver. For Roof Top Tent installations which meet available bolt length and roof clearance requirements, the Security Nuts help prevent roof top tent thefts.
Requirements:
- To use the Thule Tepui Security Nuts, there must be sufficient exposed bolt thread: a minimum of 0.5” (6mm), under each plate. In addition, there must be sufficient space between the roof of the vehicle and the end of the bolt, approximately 1.5” (38mm). Additional parts required: 1/4″ socket wrench and- depending on your exposed bolt length- locking washers.

- Made of zinc alloy. Spanner Security Nuts have a 1/4″ diameter and fit M8-125 bolt
