Every purchase of the RCI Bike Mount includes one pair of brackets, a rear tire tray, and a velcro strap to secure your rear tire on the mount. However, you must purchase the additional Bike Fork Hitch that will fit your bicycle type for proper usage and product utilization. In other words, Bike hitch bolts to bike mount is what secures your bike by the front fork.
