Having vehicle protection is a big must, especially for off-road vehicles. They go through rough terrain and you wouldn’t want to have big expenses after your off-road or overlanding trips. That’s why it’s always better to equip your vehicle with as much armor as you can afford.

With that said let’s introduce the CBI classic rear bumper which was designed for the newest models of the Toyota Sequoia. This rear bumper is very useful especially on rocky trails when there is a possibility of scraping your vehicle. This bumper is here to prevent that but that’s not the only thing that it can be used for.

It has integrated recovery points which are useful if you ever get your vehicle stuck and need a bit of winching to recover it. you can also use those recovery points to tow another vehicle if it ever gets in that same situation. The great thing about this Sequoia rear bumper is that it wraps around the back of your vehicle thus providing even more necessary protection.

CBI classic rear bumper has a sturdy 7GA steel construction that also has a powder coat finish to it which will prevent any chipping, scratches, or even erosion when driving around in muddy environments. It has been tested in some of the harshest terrains to ensure its durability and so that it can withstand pretty much anything you put it through.

Now there are a couple more features that we want to mention and those are the retained factory blind-spot monitors and proximity sensors which will make backing up into a parking space a breeze. However, keep in mind that said blind spot monitors may require calibration.

There is also a cutout where you can install flush reverse lights such as the Baja Designs S2 Pattern or the Rigid SR-M. This CBI rear bumper is perfect for steep trails and it improves your vehicle’s rear exit angle. That way it makes it much easier to descend in steep areas and reduces the risk of dropping on your backend.
